It is understood that no agreement is formed with the customer until the order has been accepted and processed and a confirmation has been sent. We hold no responsibility to uphold a sale if this confirmation has not been sent and refunds will be arranged if necessary.
The products advertised on the Site are primarily considered Rare or Collectable Books, you understand that these books are not new and acknowledge that we will do our best to ensure that the books condition is clear in the descriptions and that the product picture is taken of the actual item that will be sent not a stock image. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our Goods descriptions, however Variety Bookroom does not warrant that product descriptions are free for all errors. If you feel like an item that you receive is not accurate it can be returned as outlined in the returns policy within 30 days, You may also at any stage contact us for more information on the items so that you can confirm the quality.

Variety Bookroom is situated in Moe, Victoria, Australia and as such is bound by the Laws and Regulations set out by the Latrobe Council, Victorian State Government and by National Australian Laws.
Variety Bookroom Does comply with Australian Consumer Law and will provide a refund if the goods purchased are not fit for purpose or do not match the description outlined on the site.
Goods on this site are second hand and are covered by the guarantee of acceptable quality and Variety Bookroom makes every effort to ensure that the age and condition are taken into account in determining the price of the item. You understand that the goods are not new and may have wear and damage on them and every effort is made by us to ensure that they are accurately represented and their flaws highlighted. You agree that you have the right to contact the team if you wish for more information on the condition of a book and by purchasing a second hand book you are agreeing to the condition of the book as per the photos and description. Due to the age of some of the books, Variety Bookroom does not hold responsibility for the books if they are mistreated and damaged further from misuse.
Refunds
Variety Bookroom does not provide refunds for if you change your mind on a product.
If you purchase a product and you deem that it does not accurately match the description and/or photos of the product you may contact the team within 30 days of purchase to discuss the dispute and obtain a refund or credit/exchange.
We will not provide a refund after 30 days of purchase.
We will not provide a refund if the goods have been damaged or used incorrectly.
Delivery Terms/Shipping
We only ship within Australia. Shipping goods Is a flat rate of $20.
If you live locally or are prepared to travel you may choose to pick up your purchase in store.
Once a transaction is finalised and processed we agree that we will ship/hold (in the case of in store pick up) the item to your nominated address within one week.
We ship our goods using Australia Post and will provide you with any relevant tracking numbers once the item has been shipped.
You understand that we will Ship your goods to the address that you nominate and that we hold no responsibilities if you do not receive your goods if you provided an inaccurate address upon purchase. If you Suspect that goods have been lost in postage please contact our store or refer to our returns policy which outlines how to obtain a refund.
Payment terms
All of the payments on the site are looked after by the PayPal company. We do not own or have any affiliation with Paypal and only use them as our payment gateway. All transactions will follow the terms conditions and privacy policies of that company.

When purchasing from this site you are agreeing that you are using your own legal tender and not being fraudulent or using stolen credit cards. If it is deemed that you are behaving fraudulently or illegally then your account will be terminated.
Cancellation/Termination
