This rare 14 x 22 cm hardcover book (no dust jacket) was first published in 1904 by Watson, Ferguson & Co, republished in 1975 by Lloyd O’Neil Pty Ltd, this edition 1981. Tom Petrie was an Australian explorer, gold prospector, logger, and grazier, a genuine Queensland pioneer. His daughter put the book together from articles that appeared in The Queenslander, 319 pages, excellent condition.
