The English Parnassus, an Anthology of Longer Poems

This 13 x 19 cm hardcover book is an Oxford publication, some of the front pages are missing so it’s hard to say when it was published. A previous owner has ticked or crossed poems he or she has read on the Contents pages and there are some pencil notations on some of the earlier poems. Some tears on the edge of the spine but, at 768 pages, this is still a great collection of great English poetry. Also note that the book is much greener in colour than our picture has suggested.
