Just a Bunch of Cow Cockies, by Catherine Watson

This very large (25 x 32 cm) hardcover book with intact dust jacket was published in 2000 by the Murray Goulburn Co-Operative, which opened butter factories in Traralgon, Glengarry, Yinnar, Heyfield, Yarram and McArthur in 1890 and 1891.  Fully illustrated in black and white, this is a massive history book, excellent condition.
