Famous Explorers of Australia, a Paul Hamlyn book

This 20 x 28 cm hardcover book, no dust jacket, was published in 1971 by Paul Hamlyn Pty Ltd. 61 pages, well illustrated, many in colour, the cover is showing signs of age but still very good condition. Explorers covered include Mitchell, Sturt and Evans. The book also looks at some of the things Australia’s early explorers were expecting to find. This volume also includes a 1977 booklet called Sixteen Explorers of Australia, produced by the Bank of New South Wales.
